Local 223 retired members will meet on Wednesday March 5, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the Union Hall.  Any retired member of Local 223 is welcome to attend.  Refreshments will be served and there will be guest speakers with information concerning the changes in the electrical industry.

Future meetings will be on June 4th, September 3rd, and December 3rd.

This page is dedicated to all of the Retirees of IBEW Local 223, and former Locals 224, 235, and 437.  We welcome all retired members to attend the Retirees meeting at the Union Hall. The meetings are held quarterly the first Wednesday of the month. 

Local 223 retired members are encouraged to attend the meetings and become involved with fellow retired members and their spouses.  Any retired member that would like to become an officer or help out with the meetings is asked to contact the Union Hall.

The retirees are looking for new ideas to bring to the meetings and have different outings for the members. 

If you are newly retired and looking to stay involved in the Local Union call the Union Hall and se how you can help out. 

Any retired member that has any old photographs of jobsites or any information that they would like to put on their page is more than welcome to send the information to the Union Hall. 

It is our Local's hope to provide a link to the past to show how important organized labor has been in the past and how important it is to the future of the working class.
