Volunteers of Local 223 finished installing the third solar panel and lights in our jurisdiction.  The lights and solar panels were provided by the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MTC), and the labor was donated by Local 223.   This is a partnership between the MTC and the IBEW in Massachusetts.  This one was installed in Pembroke and you can read the article here.
